Supporting Employment

Our approach for Employment

Achievements are the product of consistent efforts and improved execution.

According to a study by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the COVID-19 pandemic cost about 41 lakh Indian youth lost their employment. Construction and farm jobs are responsible for the bulk of job losses.

Despite the pandemic, our companies have stepped up to generate more jobs. Indeed, our organisations have been concentrating on youth upskilling and growth in order to prepare them for the future. We are also providing training to women in order to help them become financially stable, as well as attempting to create opportunities for those who are the most affected.

Our mission is to provide technical education and skill development lessons to children in slums and underdeveloped areas. It has been supporting women in underserved communities by providing technical and vocational training that has helped them find work.
